A survey has been sent through FlockNote (FN) to all parishioners who have signed up to receive FN. 

The Parish is in the process of confirming the number and timing of Christmas Masses.  One difference is that this year’s Children’s Nativity Pageant will be recorded and be available for viewing on St. Elizabeth’s website on Christmas Eve.  Your participation in this brief survey will help us schedule the appropriate number of Masses.
 
We ask that only 1 family member complete the survey by 12/17/2020.  When you click on one of the responses in the below survey, you will be directed to a website where you can complete the survey.  When you complete the survey, you can just exit the website; your responses will be automatically recorded.  There is no Submit button. 

Please note there will be a similar survey in the church lobby for people not on FlockNote.  Please do not respond on that survey if you have responded to this one.
