All children enrolled in religious education programs in the Diocese of Paterson receive an age-appropriate lesson to protect themselves from abusers. Within our Diocese Religious Education Programs children receive lessons in grades one and grade four. Lesson One is given to all first-graders and Lesson Two is given to all fourth-graders, with age-appropriate material from Virtus Empowering God's Children.
